Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Revolutionizing Healthcare with AI

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team and drive our technology vision forward.
What You’ll Do:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute CoEdge’s technology strategy, aligning it with our ambitious business goals and ensuring we stay ahead of the innovation curve.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of Cody AI, our flagship healthcare AI platform, from initial concept through to market deployment.
• Team Building & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Technology Stack Oversight: Oversee the selection and integration of key technologies, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and robust.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate technological risks, especially around security, compliance, and system reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure our technology and business goals are perfectly aligned.
• Investor Relations: Communicate our technological vision and progress to investors, showcasing the strategic value and future potential of our tech roadmap.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 8+ years in a senior technical leadership role, ideally within AI or healthcare technology.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of software engineering, system architecture, and AI integration. Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
• Strategic Mindset: A blend of strategic vision and execution focus, capable of navigating the challenges of a startup while keeping an eye on the big picture.

Salary & Equity:
• Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
• Equity Range: 1.0% - 5.0%
Location:
• Remote work flexibility with occasional travel to Houston, Texas for key meetings and events.
