About the Role
Join an early-stage AI company building tools for the global logistics industry. In this high-ownership product engineering role, you will work closely with the founding team and customers to shape the product and bring AI-powered workflows into production.
What You'll Do
Talk with customers and translate their needs into product direction and system architecture.
Build full-stack features that combine user-friendly interfaces with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of AI features running in production.
Turn early prototypes into robust systems, balancing delivery speed with maintainability and scale.
Contribute to technical vision and product strategy, from architecture through delivery and iteration.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
Proficiency with React and experience designing MongoDB schemas with attention to flexibility and query performance.
Production experience delivering LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context management, and error recovery.
Experience with distributed systems, serverless infrastructure, concurrency, and failure handling.
Hands-on use of observability tools, including metrics and tracing, to debug production issues across asynchronous workflows.
Experience with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, vector stores, embedding pipelines, and structured data.
A track record of owning technical projects end to end, shipping customer-facing products, and iterating based on user feedback.
Experience building complex B2B systems and working in an early-stage or founding environment. Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is a plus.
