Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support ELC SOW 3, with a primary focus on business intelligence development, analytical asset creation, and data-driven insights. The role will contribute directly to the delivery of the first phase of the project and will be responsible for developing scalable, high-quality analytical solutions. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with Power BI and Looker, has strong Python and SQL skills, and brings strong analytical thinking with exposure to machine learning. This role is expected to work closely with project stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards, reports, and analytical assets.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and BI solutions to support business and project requirements.
Build and optimize analytical assets using Looker and other data visualization and BI technologies.
Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Translate business and analytical requirements into effective data models, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and project members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical outputs.
Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of deliverables.
Apply strong analytical thinking to solve business problems and communicate findings effectively.
Contribute to the development of analytical solutions and explore opportunities to apply machine learning techniques where appropriate.
Support the delivery of ELC SOW 3 milestones and ensure analytical deliverables meet project timelines and quality expectations.
Continuously improve BI and analytical assets for usability, scalability, and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
Strong, hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development.
Strong experience with Looker and business intelligence/analytics solutions.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.
Working proficiency in Python for data analysis and analytical workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
Experience working with data from multiple sources and delivering insights through visualization and reporting.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a project delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing advanced or enterprise-scale Power BI and Looker solutions.
Experience with machine learning concepts and techniques and their application to business analytics.
Experience building reusable analytical assets and data-driven solutions.
Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and BI performance optimization.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations clearly.
Experience working in fast-paced project environments with tight delivery timelines.
