6sense

<div>Our Mission:
6sense's mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency.  We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.
Our People:
People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging.  Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology.  6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers.  We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career. </div><h2>Job Description</h2>
6sense has agents and an MCP server in production today, used by real customers. This role takes them further by building more capable agents, strengthening the API and tool layer, and creating an ecosystem that external agents, clients, and partners can connect to.
You'll work across the full journey from a customer's agent to 6sense data and actions—including APIs, tools, MCP, orchestration, context, evaluation, and security.
6sense is working to become the default Contextual Intelligence layer for B2B. Agents and MCP are how that context reaches customers, partners, and their AI tools. You'll partner closely with the team building contextual intelligence, write production Python daily, own multi-month projects, support the teams and customers who depend on these systems, and keep the platform current as the agent tooling landscape evolves.
<h2>What You'll Own</h2>
<h3>Agents and Orchestration</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Extend LangGraph orchestrators with typed state, conditional routing, subgraphs, checkpointing, durable execution, and human-in-the-loop steps.
</li>
<li>
Choose among routing, orchestrator-worker, plan-and-execute, reflection, and multi-agent handoff patterns based on the problem.
</li>
<li>
Run agents headless—API- and MCP-first—across in-app, chat, workflow, and partner surfaces from one shared core.
</li>
<li>
Maintain reusable components for state, memory, tool-calling, and agent-to-agent delegation with scoped permissions.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>APIs, Tools, and MCP</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Evolve the APIs and tools agents use to read 6sense data and take action, for both human and LLM callers.
</li>
<li>
Tune tool design for agent success, including names, descriptions, schemas, response shapes, error messages, and token-efficient outputs.
</li>
<li>
Redesign and scale the MCP layer for production workloads, including concurrency, per-tenant quotas, latency budgets, caching, and graceful degradation, while maintaining backward compatibility and adopting new specification capabilities as they mature.
</li>
<li>
Onboard external MCP clients, AI assistants, agent platforms, and partners. Write integration guides and reference clients, and define how 6sense consumes third-party MCP servers, including trust boundaries.
</li>
<li>
Harden execution with idempotency, retries, rate limits, permissions, and spend controls. Maintain standards for tool contracts, versioning, and discovery.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Context and Evaluation</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Partner with the Contextual Intelligence team to expose context to agents through MCP, APIs, and tools, ensuring one context layer serves every surface. Establish contracts defining what each call returns, how fresh the information is, where it comes from, and how it is scoped to the tenant and user.
</li>
<li>
Improve permission-aware retrieval and grounding through chunking, hybrid search, reranking, and citations. Optimize context assembly and memory within token and latency limits.
</li>
<li>
Extend evaluation using golden datasets, tool-selection and tool-call accuracy, end-to-end task success, regression suites, and release gates, including context-quality measures.
</li>
<li>
Expand tracing and usage analytics, and report on task success rate, tool-call precision, groundedness, latency, and cost per successful outcome.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Security, Privacy, and Trust</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Make security a first consideration in every tool, API, agent, and MCP change, and review your own and teammates' work for vulnerabilities.
</li>
<li>
Enforce tenant isolation and user-level authorization on every call so agents never access data beyond the caller's permissions. Maintain short-lived, scoped credentials.
</li>
<li>
Defend against prompt injection, tool poisoning, excessive agency, and data leakage through tool outputs, traces, and logs. Set runtime limits on steps, tokens, time, and cost.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Customers and Engineering Craft</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Triage and debug customer-reported issues across agents, tools, models, and downstream systems, identify root causes, and deliver fixes.
</li>
<li>
Participate in customer and partner technical calls, and support enablement teams with guidance, demos, and documentation.
</li>
<li>
Write design documents that clearly explain assumptions and trade-offs, review code and designs, mentor engineers earlier in their careers, and participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
</li>
<li>
Track developments in MCP, agent frameworks, and model capabilities. Prototype promising technologies and provide short, evidence-backed recommendations.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience building and running production software, with strong distributed-systems fundamentals, including idempotency, fault tolerance, backpressure, and failure recovery.
</li>
<li>
2+ years of experience building production LLM-based systems, including agents used by real customers.
</li>
<li>
Strong Python skills and production experience with LangGraph or an equivalent orchestration framework.
</li>
<li>
Experience designing APIs and tool interfaces for LLM callers, including schemas, descriptions, error handling, and tool-selection behavior. Direct MCP experience is strongly preferred.
</li>
<li>
Experience scaling an API or platform used by external customers or partners, including authentication, rate limiting, versioning, and backward compatibility.
</li>
<li>
Production experience with retrieval and grounding, as well as writing and running LLM evaluations.
</li>
<li>
Experience with multi-tenant, security-sensitive cloud systems, preferably AWS, including authorization boundaries and data-leakage prevention.
</li>
<li>
Experience debugging production issues across services and supporting customers directly or through support and solutions teams.
</li>
<li>
A track record of owning multi-month, cross-team projects independently and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
</li>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Nice to Have</h2>
<ul>
<li>
Experience building or operating MCP servers in production, or contributing to MCP open-source projects.
</li>
<li>
Experience serving context to agents from signals, entity data, knowledge graphs, or enterprise data platforms.
</li>
<li>
Experience integrating with external agent platforms or AI assistants as a partner, or working with agent interoperability protocols.
</li>
<li>
Experience with B2B go-to-market, RevTech, CRM, or intent-data platforms.
</li>
<li>
Experience with model routing, caching, and cost/latency optimization.
</li>
<li>
Experience with Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, or Spark.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>What This Role Is Not</h2>
<ul>
<li>
Not an architect role: You'll set direction through working code and design documents.
</li>
<li>
Not MCP-only: MCP sits alongside APIs, tools, and orchestration.
</li>
<li>
Not a greenfield build: These systems are live, with real customers depending on them.
</li>
</ul>

At 6sense, our core predictive foundation provides the engine, but our specialized models provide the steering for specific business outcomes. We are looking for a Sr Product Manager to own Specialized Modeling &amp; Verticals—focusing on the intelligence that powers verticalized tasks and addresses specific B2B marketing needs.
You will work closely with the PM Lead to leverage foundational intelligence and build out specialized layers that solve the specialized enterprise revenue challenges.
Why 6sense?
<ul>
<li>AI That Builds Pipe, Not Hype: Our Revenue AI™ identifies accounts ready to buy, crafts the right message, and qualifies meetings automatically. We don’t just surface data—we deliver intelligence and action. </li>
<li>Crack the Dark Funnel™: Less than 3% of buyers engage early. We uncover hidden buying signals, decode the “breadcrumb trails,” and help revenue teams connect with buyers in ways they never could before. </li>
<li>Orchestrate the Full Journey: From dynamic audience creation to multi-channel engagement, we empower marketers to reach the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message—across advertising, email, web, and sales. </li>
<li>Arm Operations Teams: Integrate insights, centralize audience creation, and maximize impact by connecting 6sense with your tech stack. We’re the single canvas for your entire GTM strategy. </li>
</ul>
Your Impact :
As Sr Product Manager, Specialized Modeling &amp; Verticals, you will:
<ul>
<li>Drive Specialized Modeling Initiatives. Lead the roadmap for intelligence layers that address verticalized tasks and specific B2B marketing needs. You ensure that core signals are translated into high-value specialized business outcomes. </li>
<li>Develop Specialized, Use-Case Specific Models. Partner with business stakeholders, customers, and data science teams to build specialized models fed by our core engines, ensuring our intelligence remains highly relevant and accurate across diverse business scenarios. </li>
<li>Own the "Applied Intelligence" Roadmap. Work with the Predictive Lead to consume core engines and turn them into specialized features that solve complex, domain-specific challenges for the world's largest enterprises. </li>
<li>Maximize Model Utility. Ensure that specialized models are built with a "leveraged" mindset—creating solutions that solve a broad class of problems rather than one-off custom requests. </li>
<li>Define Domain-Specific Requirements. Act as the bridge between specialized business workflows (like Sales Ops or Demand Gen) and our data science teams, translating complex business problems into clean modeling requirements. </li>
<li>Measure Impact in Context. Establish performance metrics that aren't just about model accuracy, but about how effectively these specialized signals drive real-world revenue outcomes. </li>
</ul>
Strategic Themes You'll Drive :
<ul>
<li>Applied Precision. Ensure our core intelligence is accurately applied to the most complex and nuanced parts of the B2B data model. </li>
<li>Use-Case Focused Intelligence. Ensure that intelligence models are optimized for specific B2B marketing scenarios and user requirements to maintain high relevance. </li>
<li>The Last Mile of Prediction. Own the logic that turns a raw predictive score into a specific, high-confidence recommendation for a sales or marketing user. </li>
</ul>
What You'll Bring :
<ul>
<li>Applied ML Expertise. You have experience managing ML products and are comfortable discussing model inputs, logic, and validation with data scientists. </li>
<li>B2B Domain Knowledge. You understand the B2B revenue lifecycle—leads, accounts, opportunities, and the complex challenges that come with them. </li>
<li>Strategic Partnering. A proven ability to work with other PMs. You know how to leverage foundational platforms to build specialized value. </li>
<li>Execution Rigor. You excel at taking a high-level capability and turning it into a specific, shipped feature that solves a concrete user pain point. </li>
<li>Experience. 4-6+ years in Product Management, with a focus on Data Products, AI/ML, or B2B SaaS applications. </li>
</ul>
Why You’ll Love This Role :
<ul>
<li>Impact: You bring the power of 6sense Predictive Models to life for specific industries, turning generalized models into Applied Domain Expertise that solves unique revenue problems. </li>
<li>Innovation: You will lead the effort to scale specialized intelligence across industries, identifying and productizing the niche signals that drive high-value outcomes for our most complex B2B customers. </li>
<li>Growth: Join a rocket ship, learn every day, and accelerate your career in a collaborative, high-energy environment. </li>
<li>Fun: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Expect GIFs, puns, and the occasional ABM meme. </li>

Senior Product Manager, Specialized Modeling & Verticals

<div>Our Mission:

Our People:
People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. <h2>About 6sense</h2>
6sense is Intelligence for Agentic GTM. We turn every signal — yours and ours — into intelligence that every team, tool, and AI agent can act on and trust. Every day, the 6sense Signalverse™ captures one trillion signals to power AI that pinpoints who’s ready to buy, how to engage them, and when to act. 6sense was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Revenue Marketing Platforms for B2B, Q1 2026.
<h2>The Opportunity</h2>
We’re hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team, reporting directly to the Head of AI.
Signals tell you what happened. Our job is to explain why — and that is the problem you will work on. You will build the intelligence that turns a trillion daily signals into cited, explainable answers about why an account matters, why now, and who is deciding. Your models power products customers use every day, including RevvyAI, our conversational GTM intelligence product, and reach their stack through our APIs and MCP server.
This is a build-and-ship role, not a research role. You will own problems end to end, work directly with Product and Go-to-Market, and see your work reach customers. You’ll join a team distributed across the US and India, at a company where AI is the product rather than a feature.
<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Own machine learning problems end to end — from data exploration and modeling through deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production.</li>
<li>Build NLP, LLM, and agentic systems at enterprise scale, including retrieval-based architectures and multi-agent workflows.</li>
<li>Develop ranking, recommendation, prediction, and optimization models that are explainable rather than black-box.</li>
<li>Partner with Product and Go-to-Market to turn ambiguous business problems into shipped capabilities.</li>
<li>Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of production ML systems, and help shape AI platform architecture.</li>
<li>Explain your work clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and engage with customers when needed.</li>
<li>Mentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>
<h3>Required</h3>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of industry experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production, with clear end-to-end ownership.</li>
<li>Strong foundation in machine learning and applied statistics, with hands-on depth in NLP, transformers, embeddings, and retrieval-based systems.</li>
<li>Practical experience with modern GenAI tooling such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Amazon Bedrock.</li>
<li>Strong Python skills and experience building distributed ML pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Databricks, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Solid grasp of feature engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps practices.</li>
<li>A product mindset — you want to build AI products customers use, and you measure yourself on customer impact.</li>
<li>Excellent communication: you can explain complex technical work clearly, tell the story of what you’ve built and why, and hold your own with product and business partners.</li>
<li>Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to drive execution independently.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.</li>
<li>Hands-on work with PyTorch or TensorFlow.</li>
<li>Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI products, or forward-deployed engineering — especially where you worked directly with complex customer data and delivered quickly.</li>
</ul>

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

</div>About the Role
We are looking for a Principal AI Architect, Agentic Platform to define the technical foundation for 6sense's next generation of agentic AI.
This is the most senior AI individual contributor role in Engineering. You will establish the architecture, design patterns, runtime standards, evaluation practices, security controls, and governance mechanisms that enable teams across 6sense to build and operate production-grade AI agents safely and efficiently.
You will own the architectural direction for our agentic platform, including orchestration, tools and skills, memory and context, evaluation and observability, security and privacy, guardrails, AI governance, and model strategy.
This is a hands-on Principal role. You will not manage a team, but you will influence architecture across the organization through reference implementations, RFCs, technical reviews, prototypes, mentorship, and deep involvement in complex production systems.
<h2>What You'll Own</h2>
<h3>Agentic Architecture &amp; Design Patterns</h3>
<ul>
<li>Define the platform-wide architecture for how agents are composed, orchestrated, and executed.</li>
<li>Establish clear boundaries between reasoning, orchestration, state, tools, and execution.</li>
<li>Create and maintain an agentic design-pattern catalog covering approaches such as ReAct, plan-and-execute, orchestrator-worker, routing, prompt chaining, fan-out/fan-in, reflection, evaluator-optimizer, and multi-agent handoffs.</li>
<li>Guide teams toward the simplest architecture that solves the problem, introducing multi-agent systems only when there is a clear technical need.</li>
<li>Design memory and context architectures covering working, episodic, and semantic memory; context compaction; retrieval grounding; subagent isolation; and tenant-scoped context.</li>
<li>Publish reference architectures, RFCs, implementation guides, and reusable patterns.</li>
<li>Lead architecture reviews for agentic systems across Engineering.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Agentic Runtime &amp; Developer Platform</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the architecture and standards for LangGraph, including typed state graphs, conditional routing, subgraphs, checkpointing, durable execution, human-in-the-loop workflows, streaming, replay, and time-travel debugging.</li>
<li>Establish engineering standards for LangChain and determine where framework abstractions provide value versus direct model/provider SDKs.</li>
<li>Build and evolve the LangSmith practice for tracing, evaluation, prompt management, regression testing, annotation, and experimentation.</li>
<li>Define the platform contract for agent development, including SDKs, scaffolding, templates, CI/CD gates, replay tooling, and production rollout patterns.</li>
<li>Establish safe deployment mechanisms such as shadow runs, canary releases, evaluation gates, and emergency kill switches.</li>
<li>Maintain portability across model and infrastructure providers.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Tools, Skills &amp; Agent Execution</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the agent tool and skill registry as a platform capability.</li>
<li>Define standards for typed tool contracts, versioning, discovery, naming, descriptions, permissions, deprecation, and lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Architect the MCP layer for 6sense data and actions and establish standards for safely consuming third-party MCP services.</li>
<li>Address tool-poisoning and untrusted-tool risks as part of the platform architecture.</li>
<li>Design safe execution patterns using idempotency, retries, compensating transactions, rollback strategies, rate limits, permissions, and spend controls.</li>
<li>Define agent-to-agent delegation and handoff contracts with authenticated delegation, scope narrowing, and preserved accountability.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Long-Running &amp; Complex Agentic Workflows</h3>
<ul>
<li>Architect durable, resumable workflows that can survive failures, interruptions, and long execution windows.</li>
<li>Establish patterns for checkpointing, deterministic replay, failure isolation, saga/compensation, and recovery.</li>
<li>Define runtime governance including limits on steps, tokens, execution time, cost, and loops.</li>
<li>Establish stop conditions and escalation mechanisms for stuck, uncertain, or unsafe agents.</li>
<li>Design human-in-the-loop workflows based on risk tiers while keeping approval experiences practical for users.</li>
<li>Define reliability metrics such as task success rate, tool-call precision, groundedness, citation accuracy, latency to first useful action, unrecoverable failure rate, and cost per successful outcome.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Security, Privacy &amp; Trust</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the security architecture and threat model for agentic systems.</li>
<li>Apply frameworks such as the OWASP LLM/Agentic Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS to production agent workflows.</li>
<li>Design protections against prompt injection, excessive agency, tool and memory poisoning, insecure output handling, and supply-chain risks.</li>
<li>Define agent identity and authorization models using short-lived credentials, least privilege, scoped access, secrets isolation, sandboxing, and egress controls.</li>
<li>Ensure agents can never access data beyond the permissions of the user or system initiating the workflow.</li>
<li>Partner with Security and Infrastructure to ensure multi-tenant isolation, auditability, detection, and incident response extend to agent execution.</li>
<li>Establish adversarial testing and red-team practices, including jailbreak suites, prompt-injection corpora, leakage probes, and security regression tests.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Guardrails, PII &amp; Enterprise AI Controls</h3>
<ul>
<li>Architect guardrails as enforceable, version-controlled policy rather than relying solely on prompts or procedural controls.</li>
<li>Build input/output validation, safety classification, groundedness checks, schema enforcement, citation validation, and deterministic policy controls.</li>
<li>Establish controls for AI-generated go-to-market content, including claim substantiation, disclosures, consent, suppression rules, and jurisdictional requirements.</li>
<li>Define which actions can be automated and which require human approval.</li>
<li>Architect PII detection, minimization, redaction/tokenization, field-level encryption, and vendor retention controls across the agent lifecycle.</li>
<li>Prevent sensitive data leakage through traces, evaluation datasets, prompt caches, memory, vector indexes, and debugging systems.</li>
<li>Establish appropriate retention, deletion, and data-subject-request propagation mechanisms.</li>
<li>Make tenant isolation and data residency architectural properties of the platform.</li>
</ul>
<h3>AI Governance &amp; Compliance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build the technical foundation for enterprise AI governance, including an agent registry, risk classification, system/model documentation, change management, and automated evidence generation.</li>
<li>Translate applicable requirements from NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act into practical engineering controls.</li>
<li>Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance on AI reviews, customer security questionnaires, DPAs, and audits.</li>
<li>Define governance standards for agent lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and change control.</li>
<li>Extend existing governance frameworks where they do not adequately address multi-agent and autonomous-system failure modes.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Model Strategy, Cost &amp; Performance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Define model selection and routing strategies across frontier, smaller, specialized, and fine-tuned models.</li>
<li>Establish approaches for structured outputs, caching, batching, distillation, and model optimization.</li>
<li>Define cost and latency budgets at the workflow level.</li>
<li>Optimize for cost per successful business outcome rather than model cost alone.</li>
<li>Establish multi-provider strategies, including abstraction, capacity planning, fallbacks, and evaluation-gated model migrations.</li>
<li>Partner with Product and Engineering to balance capability, reliability, latency, and unit economics.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Leadership &amp; Influence</h3>
<ul>
<li>Set technical direction across Engineering without direct organizational authority.</li>
<li>Influence teams through architecture, prototypes, evidence, reference implementations, and technical standards.</li>
<li>Mentor senior engineers and architects and help raise the organization's agentic engineering capabilities.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and IT.</li>
<li>Contribute to hiring strategy and interview design for advanced AI and agentic engineering roles.</li>
